Convert Word to PDF problem with images

Hello,

I have problem with conversion from Word (Microsoft  365) to PDF with images. In the following exemple, all Images in Word are with wrapping style "In line with text".

Here under screenshots:

Image 1 is Original Word document:

 Image 2 is PDF conversion: all text is missing.

 In the following screenshot, for the 3 first images only, i have changed in Word the wrapping style to "Tight".

Image 4 is the conversion to PDF of the image 3. Everything is conform with Word.

According with how many images i change in Word the wrapp style from "in line with text" to "Tight" or "Square", the result in PDF is different!!!!!.

May be somebody can explain this great mystery for me.
