Converting a PDF to an image file without losing clickable links

All the directions I can find mention a dialogue box during conversion with link settings and a "Preserve Links" options, but I get no such settings.

An image file can't have clickable links, so I don't see how this could ever be possible...

Hi @JennFriend 

I'm not quite sure, if I understand your issue properly. Are you saying, you have one link in PDF and when you convert to image, all gets converted to image, why do you think, the link will continue to be clickable? In case, I understood problem wrongly, please share illustrations to understand the issue clearly.
