When converting an Excel spreadsheet table to PDF via Adobe Acrobat, tags are created labeled Unknown Node Type.  The PDF needs to be made accessible and this is creating errors in the table.  What could be causing this issue and how do you mitigate it?

This happens to me when I have an Excel table. The first row is the table headers and is one unknown node type tag, the rest of the rows are in the other tag. You have to manually reassemble the table. If you don't use a table in Excel, you have to manually tag the header row. Adobe -- please fix this.
