Converting Excel to PDF and internal links not working anymore

Hello!

I am converting a workbook with several sheets into a PDF and the workbook contains internal links to the individual sheets. After using Adobe to convert to a PDF the links will no longer open. Anyone have any clue on how to fix this? I saw a thread from 2018 that describes a similar problem and I was wondering if Adobe had fixed this error.
