Hi,
I am trying to convert a word file to pdf.
However, when I do so, it says that my file is corrupt.
Please help.

When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs

Use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to convert .docx to .pdf.
Click on TOOLS > Create PDF. See screenshot. For best results, your MS Word .docx should be free of errors, minimally formatted and not contain any restricted fonts.
