Converting multiple emails to individual pdfs (not batch)

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

I hope you're all well.

For context, I often have to convert emails to individual pdf files, rather than a batch file. I cannot do a VBA since it's a work computer.

Is there a way to convert multiple emails into individual pdf files rather than a batch without using VBA?

Thanks ahead of time for your help.

I figured it out! I was able to do this using PDF Portfolios. Once I converted the emails into a designated folder, I opened up the files, selected all, right clicked and selected Extract from Portfolio.

Detailed Instructions:

In Outlook, selected all the emails and go to Acrobat. There, click on Selected Messages/Create New PDF and select a folder. Note, once converted the emails will open in a single PDF, but you will be able to select emails individually. In that PDF just created, select all the emails,  right click on your mouse and select Extract from Portfolio. Choose the designated folder and you're done!
