Using Acrobat Pro and Word 365.
If I drag and drop a Word Document into a PDF (I created) the Word Pages are Blank. Also, I cannot convert a Word Document to PDF.
The only, but impractical solution I can use is from Word to Print to PDF then import.
Everything was fine until the last update! This is a mandatory function for a Law Office.

Everyone,
Thank you for the quick response.
I reinstalled Adobe and on the 1st test it corrected the issue. If it continues I will repost here.
Guess, I should have tried that before posting.
Best wishes,

Apparently, it was only as temporary fix. Now if I add a Word 365 Document to the PDF, it only converts the First Page. The balance of the pages are Blank. This is true for small 2 page documents and more.

@Arthurjohnston In that case, would you help me with the requested information I requested over the email?
A bug has already been logged for the issue our initial investigation has revealed the bug may have been introduced with the recent update of Microsoft Office.

Hi, we are currently experiencing the same issue across our business (word documents dragged into PDFs on 'organise pages' mode convert but all pages except for the first are blank, regardless of complexity of document). Our IT administrators have tried uninstalling then reinstalling Adobe software, but the issue is not fixed. Could you please let us know when a solution is found? Thanks
