Hi @Amalia98A4. The short answer is that getting a clean conversion from a PDF to another document format such as Excel or Word depends a lot on how your original document is formatted. I usually have to go through some trial and error and clean up on the converted file. Sometimes, it works to first convert the PDF to Word to use Word's automatic table feature to get the row and column structure set and then convert the Word document to Excel. Still, it all depends on how the original document was created. I've also tried some free online converters and they are hit and miss. Did you try a straight cut-and-paste by selecting all the text in the PDF, copying it and then pasting it into a blank Excel sheet?

Hello Jain and thank you for answering! I will try to straight cut-and-paste all the text and copying in the excel. It is a good idea, because I'm not good as you with computers, maybe it works.
Thank you very much!!!
