Converting PDF to JPEG in Windows 11

I recently appgraded to Windows 11. Now I cannot download a PDF document as JPEG any more. It tuned out to be a downgrade from Windows 10.

What version of Acrobat do you have? What happens when you try to convert the PDF to a JPEG file, exactly?

Version 22.003.20282.0

I try to save as JPEG file and it seems like it does get saved. But, when I look for the picture file in the map where I saved it, it is not there.
