Converting word document to PDF

Hi experts

I get this error when attempting to convert from a word document to PDF.  Tried to see where the issue is but had no luck.  Instead, i print to PDF as an alternative.  Has someone had this experience and how did they fix this?

How do you proceed? Please give a step by step description, possibly with screenshots. What is your OS and version? What is your Acrobat and version?

If you move the file to a different location, does it work from there?
