I download correspondence from the US Patent & Trademark Office. Up until a few days ago, the correspondence would download with the title and date PDFCorrespondence - 2024-04-19. Now it only says PDFCorrespondence with the number of daily downloads in paranthesis (e.g., PDFCorrespondence (9)). I have contacted the USPTO and their response was nothing had changed on their end that it must be an Adobe setting.

What is your OS and version? What is your Acrobat and version?

What “correspondence” from the US PTO is that? Is it a public document, that I could access also, or is there private data on? If they are public (free) documents, could you share a link to access those?

You can try to open the data with a different PDF reader, to check if the issue is also with those readers.

I am using Windows 11 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447); Acrobat Version 2024.00120629 64-bit. Unfortunately, the USPTO is a private access. I didn't know if there were document property settings that I could adjust in Acrobat.
