corrupted files after editing then saving???

Explorer ,
Aug 28, 2025 Aug 28, 2025

I cant believe Acrobat is doing this - I am editing a document my lawyer sent me it is taking a couple of days because there is a lot of information required. I use multiple computers because I work inmultiple locations. Adobe just totally destroyed all my work!

I opened the doc this morning to resume my work and all the information I entered is mostly just missing - fragements of strings reman. That is it.

Any way to recover? do you have versioning like word???

Hi ChrisPhotoClimb,

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear about your experience.

It is weird behavior. As the changes you have made do not appear, it is not possible to recover them, and this generally does not happen.

Please ensure the document is saved successfully before you close it or the application.

Let us know if the issue occurs with other files.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

It hapened when I saved them. It all looked fine. Then I saved and closed for the day. Then came back the next day and the file is corrupt. I dont know how much more saving I could do.
