I discovered a series of PDF files that were copied from a MacBook computer to a Dell running Ubuntu OS.
All these files are corrupted and I can't open them in any way.
In its title at the beginning a symbol ._ was added

I don't have the originals and I'm looking for a way to correct the problem
That's not actually the file itself. When you save a file from a Mac to a network drive you will often see, from any non-Mac, something like file.pdf and also ._file.pdf. Only the first is the actual file. The second is just a little bit of extra info needed by the Mac. If you have only ._ files, you have nothing.

The copied files were correct and I was able to open them correctly, but then something happened that prevented me from opening and suddenly I discover that the title begins with the symbol ._ Now I don't see the original files

You are right, the files in their original form exist and I was able to open them.
In spite of everything, I do not understand what the other files with the form ._ file.pdf are for.

Thanks for your help

How have you copied the files? What is the size of the files?

The files were first copied to a Flash Drive and from there to the new laptop.
