CRA tax PDF password required

Downloaded a fillable tax form from CRA and filled in some data and closed the document, now when I open it a password dialouge prevents me from opening the document. How do I fill this form and open it without a password, I did not instigate password for this document.

I can't access the file you shared (it keeps saying "Virus scan in progress..."), but did you maybe sign it at any point?

I would contact the creator of the PDF. It's possible they set it to lock down with password-protection once certain fields have been filled in.
