Not happy with Reader or Dc. Cannot use it!! Keeps crashing and appears I am wasting my money for it.

Please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

 

If that doesn't help, try removing the application using the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html)and reboot the machine.

Reinstall the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

 

Let us know if the issue persists.
