Not happy with Reader or Dc. Cannot use it!! Keeps crashing and appears I am wasting my money for it.

If that doesn't help, try removing the application using the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html)and reboot the machine.
Reinstall the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.
Let us know if the issue persists.
Reader is free. Please specify exactly what application you're using (including version number), on what OS, and under what circumstances does it crash for you. Also, if there are any error messages when this happens, post them in full.
