Hi @Noto1

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/print-multiple-pages-per-sheet.html and see if that works for you.

Hi Amal,

that menu isn't possible on the Printer.
They need to put the file on a USB and put it in the printer. Than you only can choose the size and that you can print both sides.

so the Dokument need to contain two DinA4 pages, next to another. Like in the Link, but I need to set it before I send it per Mail.

I need to change from a 4 pages Dokument to a 2 page Dokument. With two pages on one page.

Prepare your documents beforehand. Print to a virtual PDF printer by using the settings you want to have applied. you will get a new PDF file and you will send that one to your printer. This is kind of clumsy and does not always produce good results, so you need to check the results.

If you have access to Indesign, you can place the data as graphics and export the result to a new PDF file. This will be a very flexible oprion.

A third possibility is to use an imposition software tool, but I doubt that you have access to that.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The problem is that the program I have to use only outputs Word documents in A4 size. On my PC or Mac in Word, I can print it as I want: 2 pages on one sheet, all in A3 size. However, I can't change this in Word itself (unless you have a tip for that). So, I change the format to PDF so that nothing shifts and no one can accidentally change anything. Then, the person I send the file to has to print it using the office copier. But on that copier, you can't enter the settings you can in Word or Adobe. So, it has to be 2 pages on one sheet beforehand. I wouldn't mind if it were reduced to A5 and then formatted to A4. Then the person at the copier could simply select "enlarge format." That would work. But manually formatting over 100 pages is too tedious for me, especially since I have to do it every few months.

where in ADOBE can i do the Print to File?
