Create a web form that emails another user

I have to create web forms that emails our HR dept. Each form I create the response is getting emailed to me how can I have all responses go to HR email and not my email?

Is that because you are sharing/distributing from your accaount?

If HR does not have a license of Acrobat, the file will be sent using yours.

I would create a rule in Outlook (or similar if you use something else) that automatically sends the email with the same subject to be forwarded to HR.

Otherwise you can add a 'mailto:' button at the bottom of the page to email the form to the correct address.
