Why can I not no matter how I try get my adobe to convert to a PDF, I want it to send something to customers as a PDF file?

Can you please explain exactly what you mean by "get my adobe to convert to a PDF". What application are you using to create the original document, how are you trying to convert to PDF? What Adobe application are you using (Adobe is a company and not a single application)? And what exactly happens when you try to convert to PDF? Are you getting error messsages? If so, please quote them here.
