Created form - Fields are there but no longer visible

Good afternoon,

I created the attached form and today when I opened it I noticed that the field markings were gone however they are still useable.  How do I make the fields visible again?  So basically before you could see where to eneter information and now it is just bank. I used the prepare a form funtion in the program.

 

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

None of your form fields have either a background or border color selected, so you must be refering to the form field highlight color.  This Acrobat Preference can be turned off without you doing anything. You can turn it back on from the Acrobat Preference (as shown below), but, this is an Acrobat feature, not a document feature.  So your users will see things differently.  You should consider either adding grid lines to the form design, or borders to the fields.
