Creating a Comment Summary from a Canvas LMS Submission

I have downloaded a student submission from Canvas LMS, and now need to create and print a comment summary. When I do that, I see the pop-up error "a.creationDate is null". I am unable to generate or print the comment summary. I am using Windows 10, using Acrobat version 11.
