I've created a fillable document in Acrobat.  Now i'd like to be able to create an OCR line on the bottom of the PDF based on specific lines in the PDF.  Is there a way that an OCR line can be created as somone is filling in certain lines of the document?  Then we the print the form out it will have the OCR line on the bottom of the form based on what was filled in?  An direction would be most helpful.

Actually,

OCR.  It is a series of check digits (like you would see at the bottom of a check) that can be place on a document indicating specific items on the form.
