Creating Digital Signature Field in Adobe Standard vs Pro

I was looking to find out if the "Prepare form" features are the same in Adobe Acrobat Standard vs Acrobat Pro.

I was mainly looking to see if the Standard version can create signature fields like Pro can (something like the image below)
