Creating Large PDF

I have a large Word365 document that contains 120 high-res JPEG images and want to create a PDF without loss of image quality. I tried to use Adobe online tools but this failed because it apparently has a max size of 150mB - my file is close to 500mB.  I have read countless posts on this subject but still cannot find a way forward. My only remaining idea is to subscribe to Acrobat but I am not sure whether this will cope with such a large file - it would also make the single PDF rather expensive. Any comments or suggestions will be welcomed.

Yes, Acrobat can handle such a large file easily, and much larger.

You can use the free trial version of Acrobat for 7 days to do it. Just make sure you cancel the subscription before that time ends, or you'll be automatically put on a paid-for subscription.
