Creating multiple collated copies of pages

I was provided a prenumbered ncr document. It only has one of each page. Usually that wouldn't be a problem because I would just have the printer print multiple copies uncollated. However this time the printer needs each page as its own page not copy. Is ther any way to just make multiple copies of each page while maintaining the page order? Any help would be much appreciated.

In the print dialog you can specify the same page number multiple times, for example:

1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4

This will print two copies of each page, one after another, and will maintain the page order.
