Creating Multiple email links

New Here ,
Feb 14, 2020 Feb 14, 2020

Multi Step document. Step 1. Employee fills out and signs. Step 2. Employee emails to Supervisor. Step 3. Superviors signs and fills out their section. Step 4. Emails to Admin for filing.

The issues I am having are: Creating a dropdown/list/buttons for multiple emails to try to eliminate to many incomplete files saved on servers. And Supervisors can sign but not fill in the document nor can they email the completed document on to Admin using the button/list/dropdown.

Can anyone give any guidence. I am new to Adobe Pro DC, but not new to Adobe in general. I can create buttons and lists but I am not able to get the email links to work once the document has been emailed one time.

Why not use Adobe Sign instead?

The "Red" is where an employee would fill and sign.

The "Blue" is where supervisor would fill and sign. They also need to be able to choose Approved or Denied. I can change this to a drop down list with attached email link ie submit apon choice. I have do that and I still can't get that part to work.

This is just one of the forms I am trying to get done. Another requires 4 signature with area to fill out just as the above document has.

I would like for the employee to be able to open and fill/sign and send on. I also DO NOT want to have multiple unfinished documents on our servers (We have that now).

Yes Adobe Sign is the way to go.

You can create a single template and reuse it multiple times.

Adobe Fill and Sign allows the adding of sugnature blocks and data blocks, including dates.

Just prepare the form in Acrobat Pro adding all the necessary text fields for the user to fill.

Save the form, and then use the Adobe Sign tool.

If you need help with this let me know. I can prepare the template really quick for you using your screenshot as an example.

Hi Paula,

Please try sending document using the Fill & Sign feature in Adobe Acrobat DC.

You may refer to the steps provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html

Check if that works for you.

Let us know if you need any help with the steps or have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
