Creating Total Average Scores with Radio Buttons

I am working on an evaluation form.  I need each section to average, then to have the entire evaluation average. 

Each section has multiple questions that are scored from 1 to 4.  I've attached pictures of the eval and another of the field names.

Can someone please help?

The fields names you selected are incorrect. If you renamed them after making the selection you have to re-do it.

This is how you have it set up currently:

But there are no fields called "Text1", "Text10", etc., in this file. You need to select "Group1", "Group2", etc.

You can do the averages the exact same way you did the total, except, pick "Average" from the dropdown in the calculation tab.
