Crop Pages/Change page size not saving

I am attempting to adjust page sizes for only some pages within a document. I have achieved this previously with no issue.

I select the page, then Crop Pages. In the dialog box I am changing the page size on Fixed Size to A3 size. When I click ok and come back again, the page size has not saved and it has reverted back to Page Size: None. The pages also do not print correctly.

Does this have something to do with other default settings elsewhere in the program? I am not sure why this worked perfectly in the past, but now is not working at all.

Hi Stacey,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have tried to replicate the behavior. It works fine at our end.

Could you please check if it happens with a particular PDF?

Share the Acrobat and OS version you are using.

Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates.

You may check the following page for more information on the latest updates.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
