Crop Tool Broken (10 Years Later?)

Crop tool doesn't work no matter what dimensions you enter. I found a 2012 thread complaining about this; laughable.  And of course the "workaround" doesn't work anymore.

Time to cut off Adobe Creative Cloud and find new software vendors.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

You might see this issue after a very long period due to the recent update/latest changes in the application. 

We'll see what could have been the reason that it got affected again.

1- Would you mind sharing the Adobe Acrobat version you are using? To check the version, go to Help > about Acrobat and ensure you have the recent version 22.002.20191  installed. To check the update, Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

2- Check with a different file and see the result.

3- Open Acrobat>help>repair Installation once.
