crypted pdf??

since a few days some pdf documents downloaded on my on-line bank account but also from some applications to merge pdf' (like ILovepdf) come with strange caracters as if they were crypted. Any explanation? any solution?

Are you viewing these files in Adobe Acrobat or Reader? If so, what do you mean by "strange characters", exactly?

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing, and/or share a sample file?

Then the issue is with the other PDF viewers you're using.
