CSV export from Acrobat Pro

Hello,
Is it normal that Acrobat DC v.25.1 does not allow data from a collection form to be exported to .CSV from the Tracking Device? The function is greyed out. If I open my collection file ‘_reponses’ on another computer with the 2020 version, it works...
