Ctrl+C can't copy pages but right click works

I recently had an upgrade on my Acrobat Pro. After the update, I can no longer use Ctrl+C to copy pages in the page panel. Before the update, I can easlily copy pages with keyboard shortcut but now need to right click. I tried with my account in another laptop but Ctrl+C still doesn't work. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the troubled experience. 
While we are checking this issue at our end, I wanted to tell you the "Ctrl+c" still works. However, you need to ensure a page is selected first; please check the screenshot attached. 

Also, please let us know the current version of Acrobat installed and the OS name and version.

Thanks for your help. Ctrl+C works after ticking the box. 

Just wondering why the change has been made. The box was not there before the upgrade. Users just needed to select the page(s) and pressed the shortcut to copy the page, without ticking boxes. (But I notcied when multiple pages are selected, the boxes will be automatically ticked.)
