Custom page sizes are not saving on my computer. Every time, I switch off my computer all of the custom sizes I created are getting removed, so every day I have to add them manually again. Tried re-installing creative cloud but with no luck.

Hi Andreas

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Custom page sizes are not saving on my computer. Every time, I switch off my computer all of the custom sizes I created are getting removed

When you say custom page sizes are not saving, it's getting removed. Are you referring to any specific Adobe application here or the entire Creative Cloud Suite?

Would you mind elaborating more on how the custom page sizes are created?

If it's Adobe Acrobat, would you mind sharing the Adobe Acrobat version you are using? To check the version, go to Help > about Acrobat.

A bit more details would be super helpful to understand the issue better.

Thanks,

Akanchha
