Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you ar experiencing? What happens when you try to open the Acrobat Pro or Reader application? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
Also make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20314 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
