Hello, we have regular Adobe Acrobat DC active licenses but every time we start the program it ask us to write our credentials. There is no automatic access. Actually on one pc the account is automatically setted at start up but in an other one this doesn't work. Every day it's necessary to recompile the account form. Is there anyone that can help? Thanks, best regards

Hi Eric,
yes we have the latest version 2021.001.20155 at least I think it is the latest. There is no screenshot apart the usual access credential box (UserID, pwd).
