Dasde Adobe Acrobat Standard a la hora de convertir un PDF a JPG me dice que me lo guarda en la carpeta correspondiente (donde esta el PDF) pero dicho archivo como JPG no aparece

I hope you're doing well. To better understand the problem, could you confirm if this issue is occurring with all PDF files or just a specific one? It would be beneficial to try opening a different PDF file and see if the issue persists.

 

Additionally, could you explain the workflow or steps you're taking before encountering this issue? If possible, a short video recording of the issue would be very helpful in identifying the root cause of the problem.

 

To ensure that you have the latest version of Acrobat DC, please check the version by going to Help > About Acrobat. If you are not using the latest version, please update to version 23.01.20093 by going to Help > Check for updates. Also, try repairing the installation from the help menu (Windows Only) and restart your computer.

 

If the issue persists, please try resetting the Adobe Acrobat DC preferences as described in this article: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

 

If the issue still persists, it might be helpful to create a new test user profile with full admin rights on Windows or enable the root account on MAC and try using the application there to see if the issue persists.

Buenos días.

La incidencia ocurria con cualquier archio de formato PDF al tratar de exportarlos a JPG, no tenia ningún problema con otros formatos de imagen (JPG2000, TIFF o PNG) u otros formatos que no fueran imagen. ÇLA incidencia era exclusivamente a la hora de exportar fichero PDF a JPG.
Con la última actualización de la versión 2023.001.0143 ya funciona correctamente.
