Hi All,

I have over 100 pdf files that contain survey results. The survey contained 45 checkbox questions along with 20 comment boxes. Each checkbox and comment box has a unique name (eg Q1, Q2, etc... and for comment box comment box 1, comment box 2, etc... ) which are all the same for all the files) and was wondering if there's a way to code or extract the data for all the files into either individual excel files for each pdf or one excel file containing all responses.

I'm familiar with excel and VBA but new with Adobe Pro so any guidance will be much appreciated.

Thank you.

You can use the "Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet" command to do the latter. You will find it under Tools - Forms - More.
