I have created a form that has a grid for entering dept numbers - for some reason ( and seemingly randomly ) when users fill out the form, it repeats the data for all but one field. It doesn't seem to be all users having the issue, but I am seeing it more and more now.
The repeated info seems to Visibly overwrite the fields, but if you click in the fields the data will show that is the field underneath it
I have attached the original and a form that was filled out having this issue
My guess is that the issue is with how the fields were created. I don't think it was with Acrobat... They seem to be corrupt, and they have very strange, random looking names. I would delete them all and re-do it from scratch in Acrobat.
