DATE FIELD NOT WORKING

Community Beginner ,
May 20, 2025 May 20, 2025

Using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for work.  I can create forms, no issues. When an employee tries to use the form at another specific location, the option to pick the date from a calendar arrow is not available.  I have tested other locations and it works fine.

What am I missing?

If the employees are not seeing the Calendar, they are are not using Acrobat.  The Calendar popup is a feature of the Acrobat Application. It is not a PDF feature. The viewer is everything thing with PDF. If it's a crappy viewer, then you get a crappy view.

Thank you.  I had them check what was opening it.  Was opening in Edge instead of Adobe.  Seems to be working now.

It could also be an older version of Acrobat or Reader that does not have the date picker functionality.
