Datei geändert > speichern unter > nur ein weisses Feld ohne möglichkeit zum Abspeichern

Hallo Zusammen,

haben das Problem wenn wir pdf´s ändern wollen können wir diese nicht mehr abspeichern.

Es erscheint nur einh weisses Feld wo sonst die Abspeicher-Optionen und der Button zum speichern zusehen sind. (siehe screenshot)

Wo liegt das Problem?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.2.20191 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when opening file' and 'Show online storage when saving file' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.

I have changed the settings ... saving works again now. An update to the current version is unfortunately not possible (see screenshot)

You may try to download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and see if that helps.
