Dc pro 2015

I have an issue with DC pro 2015.

when opening a document the following appears " There has been an Issue opening this document. Access Denied" 

 to sort this i usually do the below 

1. From , select “Edit” > “Preferences“.
2. Select “Security (Enhanced)” on the left pane.
3. Uncheck the “Enable Protected Mode at startup” box.
4. Select “Yes” to the prompt about being sure about making this change.
5. Click “OK“.

however the option is not on 2015...please see Pic
