Hi,
Not sure what happened, but I always used the mouse + Ctrl function to change the size of view, signature, initials and so on. But I can not anymore. I clean uninstalled using Adobe's tool and installed again. But the problem still does not go away.
Any help very much appreciated!
Thanks!

What were you working on when that happened?

So now the changing view size using mouse scroll is fixed. But when I add text (box), I can not move or resize using the mouse anymore. Same for the signature, once dropped on the page, I can not resize or move using the mouse.
p.s. Does my screen name show full name??? I have a screen name registered but it shows my full name???

Can you share a screenshot of your desktop when that is happening?
I am not visualizing what you mean about the screen name, does your initials or signing name become visible and enlarged when you are adding the text field to the document?
Can you tell if when you are dropping the fields into the document and using the scrolling feature of your mouse is not happening too quickly and the document gets signed by mistake?
Are there other ways that you can continue to edit and work in your PDF document normally when that happens?

Sorry for the confusion. Screen name is nothing to do with the issue. This is my 1st post and my screen name shown on the top left of this box is not the screen name I wanted to use. It shows my full name.... If you know how I can change it, please let me know.
As for the main issue, when you add text, you can change the size of the font or text box by dragging the box's edge/boarder by a mouse. And you can also move the text box around by a mouse. But mine can't do it anymore. Only way to resize the font is to click on "A A, Delete" shown right on top of the text box. To move the text box, I need to use arrow keys on the keyboard.
Hope it helps.
Thanks for your support.

Re screen name: Only you can see your full name. We see "Aviator_JPN". It's confusing, I know...

I dont see your real name from this chat windowa if that what you are concerned about... it appears as "Aviator_JPN.
The messaging window will display your name for your convenience so that you can identify yourself in an more easier way as the conversation and the prticipation of different users grows in a single topic or discussion.

Oh I see. It is confusing indeed.
Hope somebody can give me a solution on the main issue below. Thx!

You can't add fields like that in Reader. Are you maybe talking about a Text comment? Or do you actually have Acrobat?

Yes it is Text Comment. I only have free DC reader.

Check if the Locked box is ticked, as was mentioned above.

Right clicked everywhere on the box, inside, boarder/edge. Nothing pops up to see the properties.

As for your issue with removing the text field, are you saying that this is happening in every document that you create or is it with just that single document ?
Can you at least right-click on that field and check if in the properties dialogue box the check box named "Locked" is checked or unchecked?
Can you just delete that field and create a new one with a different field name and see how that one works?

Have you tried opening a different document and see if that happens again with a totally different file than the one you trying to work with?

Are you using the correct selection tool when you hover the mouse pointer over the comment box field? like for example the blue arrow the hand-tool ?
You are able to do that if you are using the Selection Tool (the clue arrow not the hand)
If you find out that you are using the hand tool instead of the selection tool, try to switch back to the Selection Tool; just click on the arrow shown above to select it and see if that will do the trick.
If you find out that you are using the hand tool instead of the selection tool, but prefer to continue using the hand-tool,
see If the Adobe Reader it allows you to access basic settings under Preferences---> General and tick / untick some of the following check-boxes as shown in the next slide below (if such setting are present in your product , of course):
If none of this works, then I would certainly approach the issue from a computer preipheral repair point of view:
Have you checked that your mouse device works well in another computer and that you can use both button (left and right, middle or scrolling wheel)?
If you want to do a quick test with your document open, hover the comment box with the mouse pointer and left-click on it to highlight the field as selected; since you are confirming that the right-clicking does not work at this time (but was before), please refer to theimage below and hit the "Properties Key" found in your keyboard to the right of the Space Bar. That should open the properties dialogue box for that comment box.
(I apologize for the picture if my keyboard appears a little dusty an dirty between the keys)
If this keyboard test works, try the following:
- If you are using a PS/2 or USB mouse (and the lack of right-clicking ability is also present when you use other apps) ensure that the cable connector is properly seated in the port that it is connected to your computer; then try right-clicking again.
-If that didn't work try updating the mouse drivers or try and connect another good-known working mouse device; try and right-click with that mouse again
- If the mouse is wireless, replace batteries; switch the USB dongle to another USB port and let windows recognize it to install its drivers; then try and right-click again
