One of the users subscribes to the DC Standard license. They have installed Adobe Acrobat and signed in, but the license is directing them to the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro trial version. Is there a way to convert it to the DC Standard version?

@charlie_0075 Did you get a key for it? If so, you could enter that in.... or honestly, I would uninstall the trial version through your adobe account https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms . For good measure, you could use the Adobe Cleaner to remove any of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro trial version files https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
Then log back into your Adobe account, and install the DC Standard version
