Deactivate a license from non-internet connected computer

New Here ,
Sep 11, 2024 Sep 11, 2024

On a rarely used legacy computer, I still have Adobe installed and activated.  Now, trying to move my application to another machine, it says I must deactivate first, but deactivation fails and there is no work around provided, no help phone support, no support of any type for that matter, other than the community of other users.

Does anyone have a workaround for this or a number I can call Adobe and get a resolution so that I can continue using the software which I purchased long ago and still want to utilize.

Hi @Drickster,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

If you are still looking for a solution, you might want to log in to https://adobe.ly/4aDpM6c and remove any additional device you want.

The other option would be to login to https://adobe.ly/4hERcem and scroll down to locate active sessions and remove any additional device you want.

Hope this helps.
