Hello.
Where can I change the default settings for reducing file sizes?
If I go to "Optimize PDF" I have a lot of possibilities to change settings and sve these as custom settings. But none of them seem to be assigned wit the "Reduce file size" option. In my case I would like to reduce many files at the same time (what is not possible with "save as optimized pdf".
Only the button under TOOLS - EXTRAS - Optimize PDF - Reduce File Size allows me to reduce multiple files. But here i can not choose my preferred setting.
Regards
Martin

You can use the optimizer in an action of the Action Wizard.

Perhaps I should explain in more detail what I want to achieve:
I would like to reduce the file size of PDFs and am looking for the default settings because the standard settings are too much compressed for my needs.
I want to reduce the size of several files at the same time. As far as I know, reducing the file size for multiple files only works via the "Tools" area, then "Optimise PDF" and then via the button / dropdown "Reduce file size / Select multiple files".
However, the compression set here is too strong for me, so I would like to know where I can change it.
Next to it there is a button "Advanced optimisation", in which I can set exactly this and save it as a user-defined setting - but unfortunately I can only save SINGLE files. However, I need to be able to re-save lots of files.
