Desbloquear la opción de firma con un certificado

Buenas, tengo un certificado digital con el que habitualmente firmo documentos en pdf sin ningún problema pero estoy teniendo problemas con un documento en concreto. Al acceder a herramientas > utilizar un certificado todas las opciones aparecen inhabilitadas.

If you have problems with only a specific document, chances are that the document forbids what you are trying to do. It might do so by encrypted permission settings, by MDP settings of already embedded signatures, or by type (pdfs carrying xfa forms act weirdly).
