Question

DesktopID Certisign

Detalhe, uso Macbook Air.

Se alguém tiver uma sugestão, agradeço.

Abs

Hi @lydia_4517,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out!

You might want to check the given help article which has information on setting up CertSign certificates: certSIGN

Also, if you are on a work computer, there's a guide which you can share with your organisation's IT Team to set up your device to work with such certificates.

Hope this helps.

Hi @hermes_2595,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out.

The first step I would suggest is, to set up a roaming ID. This will help you access the digital certificate that is stored on the server.

More info available under the Setting Up Roaming ID section here: Certificate-based signatures, Adobe Acrobat.

Also, since this is a government certificate, I would suggest checking if Acrobat has the Adobe Approved Trusted List enabled on your system.

You can learn more on how to do so here: Manage trusted identities, Adobe Acrobat

If you still experience issues setting up the certificate, please share a screen recording of the entire event for further investigation.
