Dictating which email a PDF is sent to from a dropdown menu item when you click submit button?

Hi all,

I just want to know if this is possible. I have a PDF form where upon completion, it is submitted and emailed to the client. However, at the beginning of the PDF form, they want a dropdown menu of three choices (all three choices have different emails), and depending on which choice the user selects, it will dictate what email the form is sent to when clicking the submit button on the form at the end.

Does anyone know how I could do this? Any help would be much appreciated!

Oh thank you! I may need a little extra help, I am not a Javascript wizard haha. I'm not too sure where to go from here.
