Did Adobe Standard 10 and 11 support the Windows 11?
If did not support the Windows 11, then can I upgrade my existing Adobe Standard 10 and 11 license for support the Windows 11?

Officially, no. That doesn't mean they won't work there, though.
You can no longer upgrade from these old versions. You'll need to get a new license.
