Did Send for Commenting by Email get Removed?

There used to be an option to send for commenting by email, but I can no longer find it in the UI.  it removed? Do we only have Send for Shared Commenting now?

I clicked on the envelope icon, but got an error message.

There's recently been a lot of reports of issues relating to the integration of Acrobat with Outlook (most likely after an update to the latter). Are you using this application as your email client, by any chance?

Hi Document_Geek ,

You can use Send for Commenting by Email, plesae follow the steps below:

- Launch Acrobat and open Preferences

-Select "Reviewing" in left pane and then deselect “Share for review using Adobe Document Cloud” which is under Share Review options

- Click OK tosave andclose the preferences

- Open any PDF and cick "Send for Comments" from RHP or Tool center, now you Acrobat will show Send for Commenting by Email option.

We need more info to understand the error you face while usning send mail icon, could you plesae provide the following info:

- Does this occurs on older build too?

- Have you set any email client/webmail as default on your machine, please send the snapshot of the Email preference.

(To do this: Open Preferences, Select Email from left pane, take snapshot and share with us.)

- Please set the following registry and then try to use envelope icon:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown]

"bSendMailShareRedirection"=dword:00000000
