Hello!
Been wracking my brain to find the answer but I can't seem to crack it.
Why does my adobe acrobat desktop, which I am signed into not have the same documents as my adobe cloud storage when accessing it via the web portal?
I have tried logging in / out
I can also only see agreements I have sent from the desktop version in the desktop version & only documents I have sent from the web portal in the web portal?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Please make sure you are using the same Adobe ID to login on both the platforms.
Also, please check if you are getting the latest documents on web or desktop?
Please share a small video recording of the issue for a better understanding.
